New feature: scheduled summary emails to approvers

This new feature brings additional flexibility to the notification settings and helps approvers to organise their work in a more efficient way.

Summary emails are useful because they show approvers at a glance all requests waiting for their approval. In their profile, approvers can now select on which days they want to receive such emails, and at what time.

As you can schedule the summary notifications to arrive just when you need them, approving becomes now even more convenient.
