We’re excited to expand our Bill-to-PO matching feature for businesses using QuickBooks Online. This makes it simple to track incoming bills against an existing PO to keep your financial records up-to-date.
With Bill-to-PO matching, you can easily link documents outside of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and reducing errors. This feature, currently in beta and set to be widely available soon, helps stay on top of budgets and spending with better visibility as each and every bill enters the system.

The Editing on Approval feature is another new addition this month. This streamlines your approval process by allowing changes directly within ApprovalMax, without having to restart the entire process. This feature allows approvers to edit specific fields and ensures all necessary data is completed before final approval.

Enjoy a better way to manage manual entries in Xero and QuickBooks Online with support for Journal Entries. This feature simplifies the creation, approval, and automatic entry of journal entries into your accounting platform. It also has options for editing and reversing entries during the approval process, and supports bulk uploads for Xero via .csv files.
Add a crucial layer of oversight to your approval process with our new Review step. This additional step allows dedicated reviewers to make edits, provide feedback, and ensure requests are accurate before they are sent for approval. This helps reduce errors and fraud, making your process smoother.

With ApprovalMax Pay, UK businesses using Xero can connect their bank accounts and make payments with just a few clicks.
